Sales Lead - Pam Wayfinding Platform

JOB BRIEF


Pam Wayfinding is looking for a hands-on sales lead to drive revenue growth and work with an international sales team.  The ideal candidate will have experience with stakeholder management in wayfinding and signage implementation projects across public and private sectors.  Exposure to the sales cycle in the university, airport or hospital sectors would also be advantageous.  With several global roles available, Pam is looking to hear from candidates located in the US or Australia

Pam is an Australian industry changing technology start-up redefining wayfinding design and management practices across the globe.   Pam delivers the ultimate benefit of revolutionising the wayfinding end-user experience for those attending large facilities such as universities, hospitals and airports.  After three years of stealth development, the company is now ready to ramp up sales activity.  


This is a great opportunity for the right person to join the business and drive sales in the US and Oceania.  This role will report into the CEO/COO and will be supported by a passionate and eager team in Sydney with an existing and growing US presence.  


THE IDEAL APPLICANT


  • You have 5 + years of sales experience, preferably in the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain

  • You know how to build trusted relationships with prospects and clients and have demonstrated experience in delivering on and ideally exceeding sales revenue KPIs

  • You are experienced in managing a sales pipeline, including maintaining high standards of data hygiene and data quality

  • You have a strong focus on client experience throughout the sales cycle

  • Wayfinding and signage implementation experience

  • Experience working with and selling to hospital, airport or university sectors

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Refine and execute the sales strategy for the organisation to drive sales activity and meet the organisation’s revenue targets

  • Build and manage client relationships

  • Facilitate software demonstrations for prospective clients

  • Develop proposals for prospective clients

  • Attend conferences and design events to meet with and engage our potential clients

  • Use a combination of face to face and virtual sales meetings to achieve goals

  • Feedback sales insights into marketing, product and client success teams within Pam

  • Generate sales team reporting for the management team and board


ESSENTIALS


  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills with a strong eye for detail

  • Accountable and able to define a sales plan and deliver to it, whilst communicating and collaborating with the rest of the company

  • Experience selling software to enterprise and government

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Tech savvy, data driven and a quick learner

  • Hands-on with an entrepreneurial attitude

  • Experience implementing process improvements to streamline and optimise the sales process
